General Inquiries

  • If you are working with a Real Estate Agent actively licensed in the State of Arizona and would like for that person to represent you in the purchase of a new home at The Enclave at Borgata, please provide the following information:
  • Please note that this Agent will be recorded as an “Unconfirmed Agent” in our data base. To become eligible to receive a commission, the Agent MUST accompany you on your first onsite visit to The Enclave at Borgata “Debut Sales Center” located at 6176 N Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. Both you and your agent must complete and sign the Broker Policy and Registration form in the presence of our onsite sales staff. At that time the Agent will be reclassified as a “Confirmed Agent.” No faxed or emailed registration forms will be accepted.

    Please be aware that all purchasers listed on a contract must first visit The Enclave at Borgata Debut Sales Center. The Enclave at Borgata homes are being restricted to Primary and Secondary residences only and are not available to purchase as investment properties or to “flip.” There is a one year restriction on reselling the home. No agents licensed in other states can be compensated.

Indemnity Agreement

STAC ALP, a Delaware limited partnership ("STAC"), hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Enclave at Borgata, LLC harmless from and against any and all demands, claims, costs, including defense costs, suits, proceedings, damages, or awards arising on or after April 17, 2019 from or related to the contents of the website located at www.enclaveatborgata.com (the "Website") or any representations contained thereon. STAC further agrees that it will preserve and maintain any and all present or archived versions of the Website, for a period of at least nine (9) years subsequent to the sale of all units at Enclave at Borgata and will defend, indemnify, and hold Enclave at Borgata, LLC harmless from and against any and all demands, claims, costs, including defense costs, suits, proceedings, damages, or awards arising from claims of spoliation or improper retention of data arising from or relating to the Website. STAC further agrees to give notice to Enclave at Borgata, LLC of any requests or subpoenas that are received related to the Website.
